I would like to see a full solution integrated into VLC 2.0 in future updates. Blu-ray support is still in experimental phase after all.

But I was able to play Blu-ray discs that I burned for backup since the copy protection is removed. The light and dark modes allow you to select one thats most appropriate for your environment.
